Product Agreement

Micro Instruments reserves the right to make changes to its products without prior notice to customers regarding the changes. By using any of the Micro Instruments products it will indicate your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions. All products is © Copyright protected by Micro Instruments, all rights reserved. Products and documentation may not be copied.

Liability Disclaimer

Through the use of Micro Instruments products, Micro Instruments accepts that the user did read, and understands the terms and conditions as set out in this document. Micro Instruments does not accept any liability arising out of the application or use of its products and specifically disclaims all liability, including incidental damages, death or personal injury or loss of personal property through the use of its products. These products are not designed, intended, or authorized for use as a component in systems intended for life support, medical equipment or for any other application in which the failure of the product can cause injury or death. Should the product be used for any unintended or unauthorized application, or even for its application its intended for, the user shall not hold Micro Instruments or its distributors liable for claims, costs etc. for damages, death, injury, loss of personal property etc. through the use of its products.

Return Policy

Both Micro Instruments and the purchasing customer must agree upon the return of products before products is returned. Products may only be returned within 7 days of original date of purchase if agreed upon and if the product is in a complete condition. A 10% handling fee may apply.

Warranty Period

12 Month carry in warranty is offered on all products from faulty workmanship and general component failure from date of purchase. The warranty excludes lightning damage, mishandling and physical damage.
